7. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Analytical Technologies

To provide scalable intake, rapid response times, and interactive financial tools across current and future properties, we employ diverse technologies including natural language processing, speech recognition, algorithmic modeling, and artificial intelligence:
  • Methodological Freedom: We retain the unrestricted right to utilize, develop, test, substitute, or replace any algorithmic model, natural language engine, machine learning framework, heuristic rule-set, or AI technology from any provider, vendor, or internal codebase as we deem appropriate in our sole judgment.
  • Data Processing & De-Identification Safeguards: We implement administrative, physical, and technical measures deemed commercially reasonable by the Company to protect personal information used in automated systems. Where communication records, meeting notes, or chat logs are utilized for internal system optimization, testing, or automated retrieval, we apply de-identification and privacy measures that we determine appropriate to scrub direct personal identifiers.
  • Non-Authoritative Outputs: Any explanation, calculation, or response generated by an automated AI assistant, voice agent, or calculator is an educational input only and does not represent an official administrative determination or binding fiduciary recommendation.

8. Universal Consent to Call and Video Recording

Notice of Universal Monitoring and Recording: Any telephone call, video conference, telemeeting, voice agent interaction, or audio communication directed to or received from the Company, across any of our current telephone lines, websites, partner interfaces, or any Future Property, may be monitored, recorded, stored, transcribed, and analyzed.
  • Multi-State & All-Party Consent Agreement: Because our clients, visitors, and callers reside across all fifty U.S. states and internationally—including jurisdictions requiring the consent of all parties to a communication—we enforce a universal consent standard. By placing a call to us, remaining on the line after a verbal or automated disclosure, initiating an interaction with an automated voice agent, or entering a video consultation, you grant your express, unconditional consent to the recording, transcription, monitoring, and retention of the communication by the Company, its corporate affiliates, and its technical service providers for all purposes authorized under this Agreement.
  • Alternative Communication Channels: If you do not consent to being recorded, your sole remedy is to immediately disconnect the call or meeting and communicate with us exclusively via written postal mail or web form.

9. Permitted Disclosures & Information Sharing (Including Lead Generation & Referral Compensation)

We share, disclose, and transfer Personal Information under the following broad conditions, including in connection with commercial partner programs, lead generation, and referral arrangements for valuable consideration:
  • Lead Generation, Referral Networks & Commercial Partners: Where you submit an inquiry, request information or quotes, interact with a calculator, planner, or assessment tool, or elect to be connected with third-party service providers, we may share, disclose, transfer, license, or sell your contact information, scenario inputs, demographic data, and planning details to designated third-party commercial partners, including independent financial advisors, registered investment advisors (RIAs), insurance agents, brokers, Medicare specialists, tax practitioners, and commercial service providers. The Company may receive monetary compensation, lead generation fees, referral fees, advertising revenue, or marketing commissions in exchange for or in connection with transferring such data and facilitating these commercial introductions.
  • Corporate Affiliates: We share information freely among our parent entities, subsidiaries, operating companies, affiliates, common-control brands, and any future corporate acquisitions or entities for unified marketing, advisory delivery, operational redundancy, customer support, and administrative management.
  • Technical Service Providers & Contractors: We disclose Personal Information to third-party vendors, developers, technical contractors, hosting services, telephony providers, transcription vendors, database operators, AI inference providers, payment processors, and cybersecurity specialists who perform services on our behalf. These parties are authorized to process data as necessary to support our operations.
  • Strategic Partners & Licensees: If you interact with our tools, calculators, or chat modules through an embedded, co-branded, framed, or API-linked partner deployment, we may share your scenario inputs, contact details, and appointment requests with the partner or institutional firm whose platform hosted or initiated the interaction.
  • Legal, Judicial, and Regulatory Mandates: We may disclose Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by law, subpoena, warrant, court order, or regulatory authority, or to defend the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our clients, or the public.
  • Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, consolidation, restructuring, asset sale, acquisition, reorganization, liquidation, or bankruptcy involving the Company or any of our affiliated digital properties, all data and client records may be assigned and transferred to the successor entity.

10. Cookies, Analytics & Embedded Tracking

We use cookies, web beacons, local storage, scripts, and tracking pixels to enable interactive functionality across our websites, calculators, partner deployments, and Future Properties:
  • State Management: These technologies enable our planners and calculators to retain your numerical inputs across multiple scenarios and navigation tabs.
  • Operational Telemetry: We collect aggregate, de-identified analytical data to track conversion rates, monitor tool reliability, and assess platform effectiveness.
  • User Control: You may configure your web browser to reject cookies. However, disabling technical storage or cookies may cause interactive planners, secure client dashboards, and checkout systems to fail or operate incorrectly.

11. Data Safeguards & Technical Discretion

We maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure.
  • Standards Applied: We employ security methods we deem commercially reasonable and appropriate to the sensitivity of the data handled, which may include industry-standard cryptographic protocols, firewalls, and credential access restrictions.
  • No Specific Architectural Guarantee: The Company does not warrant, covenant, or commit to any specific architectural framework, encryption standard, vendor product, or security methodology. You acknowledge that no internet transmission or electronic data repository is entirely impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security, and we disclaim all liability for unauthorized access, data loss, hacking, or interception resulting from factors outside our reasonable operational control.
  • Credential Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of any username, password, or authentication credentials used to access our platforms.

12. State-Specific Consumer Privacy Rights & Notice of Sale/Sharing Opt-Out

Under applicable state consumer privacy frameworks—including, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)—residents of covered states possess specific rights regarding their Personal Information:
  • Right to Know / Access: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected, the categories of sources, our business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom data has been disclosed.

  • Right to Correct: You may request the correction of inaccurate Personal Information maintained in our systems.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising any statutory privacy right.
  • Notice of Sale and Sharing of Personal Information & Right to Opt-Out: Under certain state privacy laws (including the CCPA/CPRA), disclosing or transferring personal information to commercial partners in exchange for lead fees, referral compensation, or other valuable consideration may be classified as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We may disclose or sell categories of personal information (such as identifiers, demographic data, commercial inputs, and financial scenario metrics) to commercial partners and referral networks for the commercial purposes described in Section 6 and Section 9. If you are a resident of a state granting statutory opt-out rights (including California), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information at any time. To exercise your right to opt out ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"), you may submit a request by contacting us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" via the contact methods in Section 16.
